Proof of 2 MMR immunization Or Proof of immunity to Rubella, Rubeola, and Mumps
Flu shot from current flu season
(October - March)
Two-step TST/PPD Or IGRA QuantiFERON Gold or T-Spot, not older than 1 year
OR chest x-ray
not older than 10 years and poof of a previous positive test

Our friendly compliance team walks you through the process step by step, administering a short survey, evaluating your certification, collecting supporting documents and introducing you to fellow staff. Home health aides also receive additional training prior to receiving clients.
