Job Description

The Talent Acquisition provides primary administrative support to the Director of Operations and Human Resources Manager with special emphasis on recruiting and recruiting application maintenance throughout all company branches.

What You'll Do:

  • Managing multiple tasks to ensure the talent acquisition process is running smoothly, to achieve a great candidate experience, including candidate phone screening.
  • Obtain and possess full working knowledge of all open, or opening roles.
  • Create and process job postings and draft offer letters for full-time positions.
  • Manage and maintain online recruiting accounts and applications (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Use analytics to inform recruiting goals, methods, and protocol.
  • Hiring outreach, including locating and attending off site hiring events, job fairs and using social media outlets.
  • Set up and maintain promotional items for events such as job fairs and other hiring events.
  • Conduct applicant assessments to effectively assess candidate suitability/eligibility for job openings based on applicant’s strengths and experience.
  • Recommend and schedule applicants for interviews with hiring managers for related positions.
  • Document all applicant activity to ensure that all information is current and ensure that there are no redundancies.
  • Conduct initial interviews in order to ensure only top talent is presented to management.
  • Conducting reference verifications, then documenting and communicating the results to the management team.
Provides continual updates on work progress and challenges to the management team.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, and/or Project coordination.
  • Capability of driving systems and process.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Brilliant Interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet the business needs.
  • Possess an Associate’s Degree.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Knowledge of computer applications.
  • Great attention to detail.
